RACIST INCIDENTS TRAINING PACKAGES
YOS: MRC works with youth offending services and provides training packages on working with racially motivated offenders effectively.
CHALLENGING DISCRIMINATION: This page outlines a training package MRC provides on challenging discriminatory behaviour when working with young people. The training prgramme focuses on race, religion, sexulaity, age, gender & disability.
INTERNATIONAL WORK: MRC has worked in the USA and craeted packages on anti-bullying and racial harassment which are being used in New York.
I AIN'T RACIST BUT: MRC created a toolkit for youth workers so they could deal with racist incidents effectively. The toolkit won an international award.

Mandeep Rupra-Daine is the Principal Consultant of MRC. She has worked extensively in the field of teaching, race equality, diversity and youth and community work. She is the author of The Race Equality Centre’s award winning toolkit ‘I Aint Racist But…’.

Mandeep is well respected in her field and has extensive knowledge and experience of issues around racism, young people and education. She has developed, delivered and facilitated numerous training courses within Britain and the USA on diversity, prejudice reduction, discriminatory behaviour and racism and has a training style that is inclusive, dynamic and participative. Mandeep has extensive experience in training teaching and support staff, governors, youth workers, youth inclusion workers, managers, Connexions Personal Advisors and community workers.
